Where things actually stand: zero agents or brokers are currently listed on the Register's passing directory, in any category or state. Signing up here doesn't connect you with anyone today. It puts you on a list we check the moment that changes for your category and state, and emails you directly when it does — nothing more, and nothing less.

How this actually works

Pick the category you need and the state you're in. We'll email you the moment an agent or broker in that exact combination clears every applicable point of our published standard on independent, primary-source evidence and is added to the passing directory. We can't promise a timeline, and signing up doesn't guarantee you'll be matched with any specific agent — it tells us where real demand exists, which is exactly what we use to decide what to check next.

We do not accept payment from any agent or broker to be matched with you, to be checked sooner, or to influence whether they pass — see our editorial policy for the full commitment. If this site ever adds a paid arrangement with a passing agent or broker for a matched introduction, it would only ever apply to agents/brokers who already passed on the merits, and it would be disclosed plainly, near the link itself, before you're ever matched with anyone.

Why this is a waitlist, not a directory yet

Every agent or broker gets checked against the same published standard before ever being named — see our methodology for exactly how. Nobody has cleared every applicable point yet, in any category or state, which is why the passing directory on the Register is still empty. That bar doesn't move for how badly a category needs a passing entry.
